  • One Year Warranty:  This includes all parts and labor on repairs and service due to normal wear and tear during the first year of ownership.
  • 24 Hour Emergency Repair Service:  Our service department is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Should your system need repair or service just give us a call at 602-955-3990 and we will send a service technician out to your home or business, normally within “four” hours.
  • Certificate of Installation:  If you purchase an alarm system for your home or business, you may qualify for a discount of up to 15% off your insurance policy.
  • Monthly Newsletter:  Our newsletter brings you up-to-date on our latest products and services, along with crime prevention tips, suggestions on how to maintain your system and interesting articles about our customers. Bonds Alarm prides itself on providing the highest quality in products and services.
Why do I need monitoring?
If your alarm were to go off when no one is home, who will call the police or fire department? Our 24 hour Central Monitoring Station will notify local authorities when operators receive a signal. The police and/or fire department will then be dispatched to your home to help protect your possessions and ensure your safety.
Monitoring is an extremely important feature of the security system. Monitoring requires a monthly fee, however, the cost is less than that of cable television and the service is far more rewarding. Isn’t the protection of your family and possessions worth the investment?
How long will it take to install my system?
This depends upon the size of your system. A typical installation period is one day.
Do I need a separate phone line for the monitoring portion?
No, a separate phone line is not necessary. However, the system will seize your phone line for a few seconds when sending an emergency alarm signal to our Central Monitoring Station.
Will your Central Monitoring Station receive an alarm signal

if the system is not armed?
Yes and No. We will from your fire protection devices, but we will not receive a signal from your alarm system unless it is armed. It is important to keep your alarm on, even when you are at home. It is best to have your perimeter protection on whenever possible.
How much does a basic residential system cost?
Currently our basic packages start at $195 installed and $26.95 per month for monitoring.
I am not happy with the service I currently have through

another company. Can I switch to Bonds Alarm?
Yes, however, if you have an existing monitoring agreement with the company, you may have to wait until it expires. However, you should contact us 1 to 2 months before your contract expires so we may send a security consultant to inspect your system and make the proper arrangements for the transfer. We will program your control panel to our Central Monitoring Station at your convenience.
