Access Control is a system that uses electronic cards as "keys"
to the facility. This system protects equipment, inventory and
information by means of controlling employee access to certain
areas during specified hours.
No need to replace locks and keys when an employee is
terminated; simply delete the employee's electronic key from gaining future access.
This system can also be designed to work in conjunction with your burglar and/or fire alarm system.
If a burglar breaks through an access control door, a signal can be sent to
the burglar alarm control panel to sound an alarm. Also, if a fire occurs in
the building, the doors can be programmed to automatically unlock, allowing
the occupants to escape safely.
If employee tracking is necessary within the building, the system can also be
set up to provide reports which details the time employees arrive, the
departments they enter and at what time, and when they leave the department
and the building.
Whether your business is small or large, there are many options and opportunities available
with Access Control.
